Established in 1999, our Vermont based company has been dedicated to the pursuit of the finest Arabica coffees from around the world. We see ourselves as “students of the bean”, always striving to provide our customers with the freshest and most flavorful brew – period. At Vermont Coffee Works, importing the highest grades of Arabica beans just isn’t enough. Our Roast-master studies the unique qualities of each bean type, and custom-roasts them in batches no larger than 25 LBS. This ensures that the inherent flavor characteristics of each coffee are brought out in each and every cup!What is flavor?
Flavor is the overall perception of the coffee in your mouth. Acidity, aroma, and body are all components of flavor. It is the balance and homogenization of these senses that create your overall perception of flavor.
